Sharpening Machines for Metall Circular Saws developped with 80+ Years of User's Experience
ALESA AG "us de Schwiiz" (from Switzerland) has been known since 1934 as a specialist for circular saws for processing metals and steel materials. Here are some milestones in fast motion:
|1934||The first ALESA cutting tools are manufactured.|
|1946||ALESA GOLD is registered as an international brand name for high-quality cutting tools.|
|1958||Knife heads with exchangeable blades in HSS and carbide are the forerunners of indexable cutting insert technology.|
|1980||ALESA pioneers new vacuum technology for the hardening of HSS.|
|1985||The world’s first HSS-ES TiN indexable cutting insert product range with high-positive cutting geometry.|
|since 1990||ALESA brings several innovations and developments on the market: solid carbide circular saws, the truly spiral ALESA TWIST insert, indexable insert shell-end mills and the Nutex/Nutex Plus system|
Based on decades of detailed experience as a producer of metal cutting circular saws and users of sharpening machines, the Swiss tool manufacturer has developed extremely efficient, reliable and precise grinding and sharpening machines in recent years.
In 2017, with the spin-off of the machine construction department and the founding of ALESA Maschinen AG, a clear course was set.
Be it in the tool production or in the sharpening service. ALESA Maschinen AG has the right solution for all challenges in the production and processing of high-quality metal cutting circular saws.
After just a few months, the young company successfully commissioned two FLEX COMBI 200 grinding machines for one customer and received a follow-up order for the delivery of six further machines. Find out more about this customer success story ...
In the development of its grinding and sharpening machines, ALESA Maschinen AG attaches great importance to:
- maximum ease of use
- time-optimized work processes
- and a robust and reliable construction.
True to the motto «from the user, for the user»!
The re-sharpening, re-cutting and chamfering of different circular saws made of HSS and solid carbide is done quickly, easily and safely with the REDENT 400.
Insert the circular saw - press the start button - the REDENT 400 automatic sharpening machine does the rest - after all, your time is valuable.
If high precision and large numbers are the focus, each saved setup or handling of the workpieces is worth cash.
In order to save you money every day, the DENTA COMBI 160 handles the cutting, sharpening and chamfering of metal cutting circular saws made of HSS and solid carbide in one clamping and with up to 24 hours autonomy.
This uniquely flexible machine concept FLEX COMBI 200, which is based on the DENTA COMBI 160, closes in a cost sensitive way the gap between the standardized CNC grinding machines and the customer-specific, expensive special purpose machines.
Thanks to its constructive and control-related flexibility, for example, high-precision components can be simultaneously grinded inside and outside.
